# What equipment do we need to hire/bring?

## We have most equipment you'll need for your wedding, but not everything...

**Here's what we do have:**

- 120 chairs
- 8 long tables (6ft x 2.5ft)
- 10 round tables (10ft diameter)
- Wedding cake table (5ft round table with tablecloth)
- Registrar table and tablecloth
- Outdoor tables and chairs
- Champagne, wine and water glasses for 120
- Fully stocked bar (please see our article on the bar)
- Outdoor lighting for the house, conservatory and patio
- All bedrooms come made up with towels
- Tea and coffee making facilities
- Glass and paper recycling
- PA system (good for background music & speeches, not DJ use)

**Here's what you need to bring or hire in:**

- Any decoration
- Tablecloths 
    - We have 6ft round tables which would require a 130" round tablecloth, and 6ft rectangular tables which would require 144" rectangular tablecloths
    - As with napkins, cutlery and crockery, these should be arranged by your caterer. However, if not you can hire these from Abbotts Event Hire [abbottseventhire.co.uk](https://abbottseventhire.co.uk/) or HB Services [www.myhbservices.co.uk](https://www.myhbservices.co.uk/).
- Napkins, cutlery and crockery (your caterer should hire this on your behalf but please check)
- Tables, if you would like a seating plan different to what our tables can provide.
- Seating plan and stand
- Highchairs if you require them

**You might also want to consider the following:**

- Flowers for tables, buttonholes and bouquets
- Confetti (please note we only allow bio-degradable confetti)
- Table decor such as candles, candlesticks, runners, etc.
- Lawn or outside games
- Wedding favours
- Wedding book or post box:
